If your pool looks this rough it's a result of not keeping proper maintenance up on your pool. Every 3 to 5 years, water needs to be drain and then either a chlorine wash or an acid wash needs to be applied to the surface.
This pool had never been acid washed and contained major calcium deposits creating a rough surface and causing ph balance problems which in turn costs more money to maintain.
